Shopify orders in,
VAT invoices out — without re-typing.
An online store creates dozens of orders a day, and each one is a sale your accountant needs as a proper VAT invoice. ZaadBooks connects to Shopify so paid orders post as sales invoices and refunds as credit notes, with products and customers kept in step.

What shopify & ecommerce stores run into.
- Exporting Shopify orders to a spreadsheet every month and re-keying them as invoices
- Refunds that never reach the books, so revenue and VAT are overstated
- Shopify order emails that are not a UAE tax invoice with your TRN and the VAT shown
- Stock in the accounts that disagrees with what the store says is available
The modules that do this.
Bank feeds, Shopify and e-invoicing connectors, built on a common integration framework.
Invoices, quotes, credit notes and customer statements, with collections tracking who owes you.
VAT return preparation, PINT AE e-invoicing and tax rate management, built around FTA requirements.
Products, categories and warehouses with stock counts, movements and serial-number tracking.

Before you start.
Does ZaadBooks integrate with Shopify?
Yes. Paid Shopify orders post as sales invoices with VAT, refunds become credit notes, and customers and products sync into ZaadBooks. Stock can be pushed back to Shopify per product; payout reconciliation is on the roadmap.
Is the Shopify connector an extra cost?
No. The Shopify connector ships with every ZaadBooks plan. Connectors to other storefronts or in-house systems are quoted as scoped work.
Can ZaadBooks produce UAE VAT invoices for Shopify orders?
Yes. Each order becomes a ZaadBooks sales invoice with Shopify tax lines matched to your own VAT rates, ready for the FTA VAT return.
