Selling from Dubai

Same-day expectations

Dubai shoppers are used to same-day delivery, so we set up local courier rates and cut-off times that make the promise realistic.

A multinational audience

English-first with Arabic, and Shopify Markets for visitors and expatriates who think in their home currency.

Free zone or mainland

Licence type affects where you can sell and how you invoice, so we confirm it before the store and tax settings are configured.

Beyond Dubai

GCC expansion

Many Dubai brands open Saudi Arabia next. Markets lets one store serve both with SAR pricing and Saudi VAT.

Marketplaces

Shopify as the brand store alongside Amazon.ae and noon, with stock kept consistent across channels.

Why ZaadBooks matters here

Dubai companies with a UAE TRN need VAT-correct invoices. ZaadBooks posts each Shopify order as an invoice with 5% VAT and prepares the figures for your FTA return.

Questions

Dubai:
common questions.

Is ZaadCore based in Dubai?

ZaadCore is a UAE company working with merchants across Dubai and the Emirates. Our registered office is in Ajman, and we meet Dubai clients online or in person by arrangement.

How fast can a Shopify store launch in Dubai?

A customised theme with local payments and couriers typically launches in four to six weeks. Custom designs and migrations take eight to twelve weeks.

Which payment methods do Dubai shoppers expect?

Cards and Apple Pay, cash on delivery for many first orders, and Tabby or Tamara instalments. We set up and test all of them before launch.

Can a Dubai free-zone company run a Shopify store?

Often yes, but it depends on the licence activities and who you sell to. Check with your free zone; we configure the store, invoicing and VAT settings to match the licence you hold.
