How long does a custom build take?
A focused internal tool typically takes 4–8 weeks. A full operational platform with payroll or inventory usually takes 3–6 months. Phasing means the first usable version lands earlier.
Do you work fixed-price or hourly?
Fixed price per phase, based on the scope agreed in discovery. Retained monthly capacity is available once the system is live.
Who owns the code?
You do: source code, infrastructure and data. We hand over repository access and documentation, and you can move development in-house.
Can you take over an existing system?
Often yes. We start with a short audit of the codebase and infrastructure, then tell you whether it is better extended or replaced.
